One rate for the whole house. Not a room, not a per-person price, and never shared with another party. What changes through the year is the season, not what you get.

The exact nightly rate depends on the dates, so send us the ones you have in mind and you get a firm number back rather than a range. Low season is the rainy season on Zanzibar — that means occasional showers and a much emptier island, not a washed-out week.
Booking direct is cheaper — here is the arithmetic
Booking platforms do not absorb their commission; they add it to the rate. Booking.com applies roughly 15 per cent on top. On a base rate of $750 a night, the same villa on the same date costs $862.50 there and $750 booked with us.
Nothing about the stay differs. It is the same house, the same beds, the same key. Booking direct simply removes an intermediary who never touches the property.

The house is available from 1 November 2026, with 14–17 November already booked. December and January are the busiest weeks of the year here and go first.
